This product is a porous carbon fiber and carbon composite substrate developed for use in fuel cell electrode assemblies, specifically as a gas diffusion layer material. Manufactured by Toray through high-temperature heat treatment, the TGP-H-120 carbon paper combines high electrical conductivity with strong mechanical strength and a thin, uniform profile. Its approximately 78% porosity ensures excellent gas permeability, while the high-temperature processed carbon structure provides corrosion resistance and surface smoothness. Available in sizes of 10×10 cm and 20×20 cm with 5% hydrophobic PTFE treatment, it is suitable for both phosphoric acid fuel cells (PAFC) and polymer electrolyte fuel cells (PEFC). Made from PAN-based carbon fiber with consistent fiber distribution, this material offers reliable performance for research and experimental applications requiring stable electrode substrates.

Oray carbon paper is a porous C/C composite product (composite of carbon fiber and carbon) formed by high-temperature heat treatment, which is used as electrode substrate and other electrode materials in fuel cells due to its excellent characteristics.
