This product is designed for battery research and small-scale electrode production, offering both pre-cut small electrodes and continuous electrode rolls based on lithium iron phosphate (LFP) chemistry. The active material loading ranges from 90.0% to 97.0%, with a typical specific capacity of 150 mAh/g. The electrodes are coated on a 13 μm carbon-coated aluminum foil current collector, ensuring good adhesion and electrical contact. Surface density is adjustable between 4–20 mg/cm² for small electrodes and 6–18 mg/cm² for rolls, with compacted density values of 1.5–2.0 g/cm³ (single side) or 2.0–2.5 g/cm³ (double side). These specifications make the product suitable for evaluating LFP cathode performance in coin cells, pouch cells, or pilot-scale electrode fabrication, providing a consistent and customizable platform for materials characterization and battery assembly.
