This product is developed for establishing reliable electrical connections in pouch polymer battery testing, combining test leads with specialized clamps for use with charge/discharge systems and thermostatic chambers. The test clips can withstand a temperature range of –40°C to 120°C, while the leads are rated for –20°C to 80°C, accommodating varied environmental conditions. Designed for compatibility with LAND and Canrd equipment (with reversed polarity for Neware units), the assembly utilizes GX16-4 female connectors and supports currents up to 5 A. The polymer clamp model 6545 features a 65 mm width and 45 mm length, with an optional guide rail prepared by the user. Custom specifications are available with a minimum order quantity of 80 pieces, offering flexibility for research and production settings.

Product Description:

The temperature resistance range of the test clips is –40°C to 120°C.
The temperature resistance range of the test leads is –20°C to 80°C.
Compatible with LAND charge/discharge equipment and Canrd thermostatic chambers.
(If used with Neware equipment, the battery’s positive and negative terminals must be clamped in reverse, as the polarity sequence of Neware test leads differs from this product.)
All connectors used for linking to the test cabinet are GX16-4 female connectors.
Suitable for currents ≤ 5A. For higher current applications, new custom test leads are required.
6545 is the test clip model, indicating a clip width of 65 mm and a length of 45 mm; it supports mounting a guide rail, which needs to be prepared by the user.
