This product, the Ni Tab-Lead from Canrd, is designed for use as a nickel electrode tab in the manufacture of lithium-ion and nickel-based batteries, including both cylindrical and pouch cell formats. Made from N6-grade nickel with a purity of ≥99.5%, it offers a hardness range of HV 70–95 and a tensile strength of ≥10 N, ensuring reliable mechanical and electrical performance during assembly. The tab features a three-layer white adhesive structure, with the surface layer melting at 136–138 °C and the middle layer at 165 °C, providing excellent resistance to electrolyte and strong sealing properties. Available in multiple dimensions and adhesive types (white or black glue), the product is supplied in coil packaging and should be stored under standard indoor conditions (5–40 °C, ≤95% relative humidity) for a shelf life of up to two years.

The white glue has a three-layer structure; the surface layer has a melting point of 136~138°C, and the middle layer has a melting point of 165°C.
