Details

This product is designed for lithium-ion battery research and development, specifically as a cathode electrode sheet based on NCM622 (LiNi₀.₆Co₀.₂Mn₀.₂O₂) single-crystal active material. It is engineered for consistent electrochemical testing, with recommended use of 622 deduction electrolyte or ternary electrolyte (KLD-1230C) to achieve reliable performance. The electrode sheet requires rolling at an appropriate compacting pressure and vacuum baking at 105°C for 4 hours prior to use. Proper storage in vacuum-sealed or glove-box conditions is critical, especially for high-nickel materials, to prevent increased internal resistance. Single-sided sheets may exhibit curling after rolling; fold marks from flattening and packaging should be noted. This product is commonly employed in coin-cell or pouch-cell assembly for evaluating NCM cathode performance under controlled test protocols, with a recommended sealing pressure of 1300 psi during constant-current charging.

Storage conditions (vacuum sealing or using self-sealing bags in a glove box, especially for high-nickel and sodium electrode materials, improper storage may lead to increased internal resistance).

Fold marks: Single-sided electrode sheets may curl after rolling, and flattening and packaging may cause fold marks.

The electrode sheets are made of nickel-cobalt-manganese NCM622-C (single crystal), and the electrolytes used during testing are 622 deduction electrolyte and ternary electrolyte (KLD-1230C).

The electrode sheets need to be rolled (it is recommended to roll according to the lowest parameter range of the corresponding electrode sheet compacting), baked at 105°C for 4 hours after punching, left to stand for 8 hours after injection, and the positive electrode sheet needs to be pressure-sealed at 0.02C during constant current charging testing, with a sealing pressure of 1300 psi.

This product must be tested in accordance with the test methods and electrolytes recommended by

Canrd to achieve the corresponding performance.Since the test method and electrolyte have a great

influence on the performance of the battery, any change in the test method or electrolyte may reduce

the performance of the pole piece; be sure to check this information before purchasing.
