This aviation connector channel cable, developed for use with Landian or Xinwei ampere-level charging/discharging equipment and Canrd constant temperature chambers, provides a reliable interface for battery testing setups. Featuring GX16-4 female connectors on the test cabinet side, each single channel requires one cable, with 80 needed for an 80-channel system. Designed for currents up to 5A, the cable operates within a temperature range of –20°C to 80°C. Available in 1, 2, and 3 meter lengths, custom specifications can be ordered starting from 80 connectors. This connection solution is essential for maintaining stable electrical contact in controlled environment testing of battery cells and modules.

Product Introduction:

1. Temperature range of the test cable: -20℃~80℃

2. Can be used for connection between Landian charging/discharging equipment or Xinwei ampere-level charging/discharging equipment (not applicable to Xinwei milliampere-level equipment) and the Kelude constant temperature chamber via an aviation connector;

3. All female connectors for the test cabinet use GX16-4 female connectors;

4. One aviation connector is required for each single channel; 80 channels require 80 connectors;

5. The test cable is suitable for a current of ≤5A. If a higher current is required, new test cables need to be custom-made;

6. Custom orders of different specifications start from 80 connectors.
