Characteristics of PP/PE/PP three-layer membrane:
Produced using a stretch manufacturing process
Excellent acid, alkali, and chemical resistance
Consistent pore structure with high chemical and thermal stability
Zero shrinkage in the transverse direction (TD) reduces internal short circuits and improves high-temperature dimensional integrity
PP outer layer with excellent cycling and trickle charging performance
PE inner layer provides high-speed sealing ability
Note: Customized separator discs require a minimum order of 10000 pieces, and the mold cost will be charged separately at 200 yuan.
