Details

The GO-325 graphite oxide powder, prepared via the modified Hummers method, is designed for advanced research applications requiring high-purity, oxygen-rich derivatives of graphite. It contains a dense array of oxygen-containing functional groups, which confer strong hydrophilicity and enable the formation of stable electrostatic double layers in water—facilitating easy exfoliation into well-dispersed graphene oxide solutions upon ultrasonic treatment. Produced in small laboratory batches, this material offers consistent quality and cost-effectiveness for scientific experimentation. Its layered structure and chemical activity make it suitable for diverse fields including electrochemical energy storage, conductive inks, composites, electromagnetic shielding, thermal management, anticorrosive coatings, catalyst or drug carriers, sensors, and adsorbent materials.

Use Method:

It was mixed with water in a certain proportion and treated with ultrasound (recommended for a cell grinder) (power: 300W; time: 15 minutes) to prepare an aqueous solution of graphene oxide.

This product was prepared using the modified Hummers method. It is rich in a large number of oxygen-containing functional groups and has good hydrophilicity. A stable electrostatic double layer can be formed in water, making it form a stable and dispersed solution. Compared with ordinary graphite oxide, oxygen-containing functional groups are richer, chemically active, and more interlayered, making it easier to peel off. This product is prepared in small batches in the laboratory, with excellent performance, stable quality and high cost performance, and is specially used for scientific research experiments.

Applications:

1. Electrochemical energy storage (superpower, lithium, etc.)

2. Conductive inks

3. Antistatic material

4. Composites

5. Electromagnetic protective materials

6. Thermal management materials

7. Anticorrosive coatings

8. Carriers (catalysts, drugs)

9. Sensors

10. Adsorbent materials
