Details

This product, the DuPont Nafion 211 proton exchange membrane, is designed for use as an electrolyte membrane in hydrogen fuel cells, electrolysis cells, and electrochemical sensors. It features a thickness of 25.4 μm with an ion exchange capacity in the range of 0.95–1.01 meq/g, balancing proton conductivity and mechanical stability. Key mechanical properties include a tensile strength of 23 MPa in the machine direction and 28 MPa in the transverse direction, along with a high elongation at break of 252% MD, indicating good flexibility. The membrane has a water uptake of 50±5%, which supports reliable hydration during operation. Supplied with two protective layers, it can be used directly after removal or pre-treated as needed. This material is well-suited for research and experimental applications in energy materials and fuel cell development.

N211, N212, NC700

There are two protective layers

For the above three models, you can use them directly after removing the two protective layers. If individuals have special requirements, they can also be pre-processed according to their own requirements

NC700, N211, N212 are suitable for electrolyte membranes in hydrogen fuel cells, electrolytic baths, and electrochemical sensors
