This product is designed for solvent thermal synthesis of nanomaterials and pressurized reactions with small reactant volumes, as well as sample preparation for atomic absorption and plasma emission spectroscopy. The KEMi HTG/HTS hydrothermal reaction kettle features a PTFE lining with excellent chemical inertness, paired with a non-magnetic 0Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel outer cylinder for robust support. Key technical characteristics include a slot-surface self-sealing design for reliable sealing, and silver-plated main threads to prevent seizure under repeated use. Working pressure reaches 3 MPa (30 bar), with maximum operating temperature of 260°C for most models (220°C for the 1000 mL variant), and available volumes range from 10 mL to 1000 mL. The outer cylinder and lining must be from the same brand for compatibility, ensuring safe operation under hydrothermal conditions.

The reaction kettle shell or outer cylinder must be the same brand/model as the lining in order to be compatible; otherwise, they cannot be used together.
