316L Material Button Battery Shell/CR2032 Button Battery Shell
Made of high-quality 316 stainless steel, suitable for battery production.
Battery cover (negative shell), spring sheet, gasket cleaning suggestions:
1. Choose alkaline or neutral solvent (such as deionized water) for ultrasonic cleaning for 10-20 minutes;
2. Use deionized water for ultrasonic cleaning 2-3 times, 1-2 minutes each time;
3. Drying.
Positive shell cleaning suggestion (not recommended for ultrasonic cleaning, easy to scratch each other):
1. Choose alkaline or neutral solvent (such as deionized water) for soaking for 10-20 minutes;
2. Rinse with deionized water 2-3 times, 1-2 minutes each time;
3. Drying.
Note:
Canrd button battery shell, button battery cover, spring sheet, and gasket have been cleaned with professional solvents before shipment and can be used directly without cleaning.
316 positive and negative shell models are CR2025/CR2032 optional;
316 gasket specifications are 15.5*0.5/15.8*0.5/15.8*1.0/16.2*0.5/16.2*0.8mm optional;
316 wave spring has: wave spring 15.4*1.0mm;
316 funnel spring has: funnel spring 15.4*1.1mm and funnel spring 13.0*1.8mm optional;
