The 316L material provides excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical stability, making the cases suitable for electrochemical testing and battery material evaluation. Each set includes positive and negative electrode shells, gaskets in multiple thicknesses (15.5–16.2 mm), and corrugated or funnel springs (15.4–16.2 mm). The components are pre-cleaned with professional solvents and can be used directly without additional treatment, though cleaning guidelines are provided for re-use. Common applications include assembly of lithium-ion coin cells, supercapacitor testing, and energy material screening in laboratory environments. 2025 Coin Cell Case With PP Gasket

Battery cover (negative electrode shell), contacts, and gaskets cleaning recommendations:

1. Ultrasonic cleaning with an alkaline or neutral solvent (such as deionized water) for 10-20 minutes;

2. Ultrasonic cleaning with deionized water 2-3 times, 1-2 minutes each time;

3. Dry.

Positive electrode shell cleaning recommendations (ultrasonic cleaning is not recommended for the positive electrode shell as it may easily scratch each other):

1. Soak in an alkaline or neutral solvent (such as deionized water) for 10-20 minutes;

2. Rinse with deionized water 2-3 times, 1-2 minutes each time;

3. Dry.

Canrd's button cell shells, covers, contacts, and gaskets have been cleaned with professional solvents before shipment and can be used directly without further cleaning.

316 positive and negative electrode shells are available in models CR2016/CR2025/CR2032/CR2430;

316 gaskets are available in sizes 15.5*0.5/15.8*0.5/15.8*1.0/16.2*0.5/16.2*0.8mm;

316 corrugated springs are available in 15.4*1.0mm;

316 funnel springs are available in 15.4*1.1mm and 13.0*1.8mm.
