This product is developed for advanced energy storage research, specifically as a microporous aluminum foil current collector for lithium battery applications. With a controlled aperture range of 30–50 μm achieved through mechanical hole-making, it undergoes secondary processing from standard battery-grade aluminum foil to introduce a uniform porous structure. This design preserves the tensile strength of the base foil while improving active material adhesion, contributing to enhanced electrode stability and interfacial contact. It is particularly suited for experimental studies on electrode architecture, ion transport, and high-performance battery assembly. The foil is available in specified dimensions for laboratory-scale testing and R&D use.

New type of current collector, undergoes secondary processing based on the original lithium battery foil, with smaller pore size, maximally retaining the tensile strength of the aluminum foil and enhancing its adhesion.
