This product is designed as a dry-coated carbon copper foil for use as a current collector in advanced lithium-ion batteries. It features a single-sided carbon coating with a total foil width of 200 ± 1 mm and a coating width of 171.4 ± 1 mm, offering a balanced combination of mechanical robustness and surface functionality. The foil delivers a tensile strength of at least 300 MPa and elongation above 3.0%, ensuring structural integrity during cell assembly and cycling. With a surface wetting tension of 64 dyne/cm or higher, the coated side promotes excellent adhesion and uniform electrolyte wetting for electrode slurries. Supplied in sealed aluminum-plastic film packaging, the product is recommended for storage at room temperature, preferably in a dry room, to maintain its performance characteristics. This carbon-coated copper foil is particularly suitable for research and production environments requiring enhanced interfacial bonding and conductivity in battery electrode architectures.
