1. Structural Composition
1. Frame
The main unit consists of a base, column, crossbeam, electric control cabinet, stirring section, diaphragm pump, and material pipelines. The materials in contact with the substances are made of SUS304.
2. Shaft Seal
Double mechanical seal or lip seal. The shaft dynamic seal adopts a mechanical seal with imported sealing components. It includes a forced sealing liquid circulation cooling system, and the sealing liquid can be selected based on the customer's requirements to be compatible with the materials. The tank of the mechanical seal is pressurized using compressed air or nitrogen gas.
3. Cylinder
The cylinder adopts a double-layer jacketed structure, where the outer layer is for ice water circulation, and the inner layer is made of wear-resistant, high-temperature resistant, and solvent-resistant silicon carbide material. The parts in contact with the materials are made of ceramic materials, while the outer cylinder wall and discharge pipeline are made of stainless steel 304. The inner cylinder body is made of replaceable silicon carbide material, and the end covers of the cylinder are made of stainless steel 304 and silicon carbide material. There is no need for additional lifting equipment during shutdown inspection and installation, and the material discharge and maintenance are convenient, without clogging.
4. Rotor
The rotor is made of zirconia material, and the shaft sleeve and separator are also made of zirconia. The minimum separation and dispersion particle size of the separator are above 0.2, and the highest linear velocity is 10-13 m/s.
5. Motor Drive
A 2.2KW motor. The speed is adjustable through frequency conversion.
6. Feeding Pump
Pneumatic diaphragm pump with PTFE diaphragm. Its function is to transport the materials in the tank to the sand mill machine inlet through the diaphragm pump and pipeline. The pump is independently placed, leaving space for operation and maintenance. The outlet pipeline material is stainless steel 304.
Air Consumption: 0.25m³, Flow Rate: 0.75m³/h
7. Temperature and Pressure Protection (Optional)
The electric contact temperature gauge has a measurement range of 0-100℃, and it automatically stops the operation when the material temperature exceeds the set upper limit.
The electric contact pressure gauge has a measurement range of 0-0.6Mpa, and it automatically stops the operation when the pressure in the grinding chamber exceeds the set value.
8. Operation Control
The sand mill machine comes with a built-in control panel, including equipment start switch, current and speed display, and equipment operating time control. It has a motor speed regulator. The operation time control of the equipment can be set, and it is displayed digitally. When the working time reaches the set time, the sand mill machine and delivery pump stop working.
9. Distribution Box
Power Supply: Three-phase 380V, 50HZ. It is aesthetically pleasing and does not occupy space. The protection level of the distribution box complies with IP54. The machine and distribution box are firmly wired and have clear markings.
10. Sealing Materials
All sealing materials in contact with solvents are imported fluororubber or PTFE materials, etc.
11. Transmission Bearings
The brand of the transmission bearings is NSK - imported from Japan (or of equivalent level).
12. Equipment
The main unit equipment is positioned using adjustable supporting feet for fixation. The supporting feet are firm and reliable, ensuring that the equipment does not shake during operation.
