1. Equipment Introduction: Mainly used for the sample preparation of laboratory battery materials, including button battery and capacitor research sealing. It can also be used for small-batch trial production in factories. Different molds can be configured for battery disassembly, electrode pressing, and battery powder compacting.

2. Mold Configuration: Standard configuration is suitable for 20 series button batteries. Some mold parts can be replaced to accommodate 24 series button batteries.

3. Key Features:

1. The lower mold uses high-precision positioning ring limit to control the battery sealing height, preventing damage to the sealing cup due to excessive and unstable sealing pressure.

2. The upper mold's sealing cup has a screw spring centering mechanism, ensuring that if the battery gets stuck during sealing, it can be pushed out by twisting the top screw.

3. Built-in safety overflow valve allows pressure adjustment and setting of pressure upper limit to prevent damage caused by excessive pressure due to misoperation, ensuring machine safety.

4. Embedded pressure gauge for observing and accurately controlling the sealing pressure.

5. Hydraulic drive with a maximum pressure of up to 8T, ensuring vibration-free and leak-free battery sealing.

6. Specially designed hydraulic structure for effortless operation.

7. Precise mold design ensures accurate and reliable sealing, while the robust steel structure ensures stability and safety.

4. Instructions for Use:

1. Battery Placement: In the open mold state, place the battery in the lower mold's positioning groove, with the negative electrode facing up, and press it flat. Hold the oil discharge valve handwheel and tighten it clockwise until it reaches the specified position.

2. Battery Sealing: Continuously move the hand lever up and down to raise the jack and close the mold. When the pressure gauge reading reaches around 80-100 kg/cm², the battery is sealed.

3. Removing the Battery: Hold the oil discharge valve handwheel and rotate it counterclockwise half a turn to automatically open the sealing mold. After opening the mold, remove the battery.

4. Battery Sealing Height Limit Adjustment: Loosen the four M4 screws on the side of the sealing limit nut, rotate the nut to adjust the height for limiting the battery sealing, and then tighten the M4 screws on the side.

5. Technical Specifications:

1. Hand lever operation force less than 5kg.

2. Normal sealing pressure gauge reading for button battery is around 80-100 kg/cm², which is pre-adjusted before factory shipment. Consult the manufacturer for adjustments requiring greater pressure (up to 200 kg/cm², approximately 8 tons of pressure) under special circumstances.

3. Molds made of imported materials from Japan.

4. Molds adopt high-precision positioning ring limit to control the battery sealing height, preventing damage to the battery sealing due to excessive pressure.
