This product is a bare (uncoated) polycrystalline NCM523 lithium nickel cobalt manganese oxide cathode material, developed for experimental battery research and energy materials studies. Due to its strong moisture absorption, vacuum-sealed storage and strict humidity control are required throughout processing. For electrochemical testing, the recommended electrolyte is a dedicated NCM formulation (KLD-1230C), and electrodes should be baked at 85°C for 4 hours prior to use. This uncoated variant is well-suited for half-cell testing and rate capability evaluations, as illustrated by the charge/discharge performance data provided. Available in 20g, 50g, and 100g quantities, it offers a controlled baseline for investigating intrinsic cathode behavior without the influence of surface coatings.

The material needs to be vacuum sealed for storage

The material is highly absorbent, and humidity control is required throughout the entire production process

The electrolyte used during testing is NCM electrolyte (KLD-1230C)

Baking conditions for electrode: Bake at 85 ℃ for 4 hours
