Details

This product is a Prussian blue-A powder developed for sodium-ion battery cathode applications, belonging to the prussiate-type cathode material family with a cubic-like microscopic morphology. It features a controlled chemical composition with sodium, iron, and manganese content (Na approximately 17.7 wt%, Fe 35.25 wt%, Mn 14.25 wt%) and low residual impurities, ensuring consistent electrochemical performance. The material delivers a first discharge capacity of ≥140 mAh/g with a first-cycle efficiency exceeding 95%, tested under 0.1C rate in a CR2032 coin cell with sodium electrolyte. Its particle size distribution (D50 around 5 μm) and tap density (0.89 g/cm³) support good electrode processability. Due to the presence of crystal water, the powder requires vacuum-sealed storage and careful baking at 110 °C under high vacuum (10 Pa) for at least 10 hours, or at 170 °C for extended periods if lower vacuum is used. This product is suitable for research and development of high-performance sodium-ion battery cathodes.

Materials need to be stored in vacuum seal

The electrolyte used during the test is: sodium electrolyte (KLD-NF35)

Baking conditions for pole sheets: 110℃ 10h 10Pa (Crystal water is difficult to bake. If the vacuum level of 10Pa cannot reach 10Pa, the temperature needs to be increased to 170℃ and the baking time is > 5 days)
