Electrolyte Quality Control:
1. Prepared entirely in a glove box, H₂O < 0.1 ppm.
2. Use of high-purity salts and solvents (main solvents purity > 99.99%).
3. Sample preparation undergoes incoming material inspection, in-process testing, and final inspection to ensure quality meets requirements.
Shipping sample control standards:
• Density: standard value ± 0.003 g/cm³
• Moisture: < 20 ppm
• HF: < 50 ppm
Special vacuum-sealed aluminum bottles to ensure protection from moisture during transport and storage.
Professional testing equipment: Mettler moisture analyzer, pH meter, titrator, densitometer.
