automatic die-cutting machine is mainly used in film material automatic die-cutting forming
1. after the coil is manually loaded, the material is automatically fed. during the feeding process, the feeding device is equipped with advanced optical fiber induction, which automatically corrects deviation during the feeding process;
2. The bottom conveyor belt adopts a servo-driven circulation mechanism to make the manipulator more stable when feeding materials and effectively ensure the punching accuracy;
3. The feeding precision manipulator is controlled by servo motor imported from Japan;
4. The punching mechanism adopts high-stability crankshaft connecting rod and six guide pillars for positioning, automatic pressure addition and subtraction, automatic locking, and convenient and quick knife mold installation;
5. The knife die adopts a convenient and fast pneumatic clamping device;
6. The system function of this machine has the function of automatic tracking and memory of product length.
