This product is a series of agate ball mill jars and matching grinding balls, developed for ultra-fine material processing in research and industrial laboratories. The jars are crafted from natural agate, offering high hardness, excellent toughness, and impact resistance, ensuring minimal wear and no product contamination during operation. They are resistant to common solvents like acetone and alcohol, and feature a tightly sealed, durable construction with thick walls to prevent leakage. Available in capacities from 25 ml to 3000 ml, each jar requires a specific combination of grinding balls (e.g., 3–20 mm diameters) at a recommended filling weight of one-third the jar capacity to optimize grinding efficiency. These jars are widely used in industries such as precious metals, electronic ceramics, magnetic materials, and pigment processing, delivering a narrow particle size distribution in a short timeframe.
