This equipment is mainly used for air tightness detection of cylindrical or square battery cavity. The detection method is to inject compressed air into the test article (workpiece) and measure the change of its internal pressure to detect whether there is leakage.
- By configuring different jigs, it is possible to test the air tightness of products with inflatable holes and products with fully sealed but internal cavities;
- The instrument adopts differential pressure test method, which has high precision and good stability;
- Adopt the man-machine interface of Wei Lun Tong. Support ModbusTCP Ethernet protocol, can be secondary development.
