Details
The HTF flange type hydrothermal reactor adopts a metal hard seal and forms a simple closed container by symmetrically tightening the fastening bolts, thereby providing a high-temperature resistant hydrothermal reaction environment.
Precautions for using hydrothermal reaction kettle:
1. Before using the hydrothermal reactor, please carefully check the saturated vapor pressure of the solvent used at the reaction temperature to confirm that it will not exceed the maximum allowable operating pressure of the hydrothermal reactor before use.
2. When using the HTG/HTS series hydrothermal reaction kettle, due to the PTFE material used for the inner liner of the kettle, there is a certain degree of compressibility under high temperature and high pressure environment. It is not advisable to overtighten the kettle cover and top screw during initial use to avoid severe deformation of the inner liner caused by thermal expansion and compression under high temperature and high pressure.
3. When the operating temperature of the hydrothermal reaction kettle exceeds 150 ℃, it is recommended to apply a layer of high-temperature lithium based grease on the threads before tightening the kettle cover to prevent the stainless steel threads from biting under high temperature (models with silver plating process on the kettle cover do not need to apply grease).
4. It is prohibited to use hydrothermal synthesis reactors in the following situations:
a. The boiling point of solvents is below 60 ℃ (such as acetone, dichloromethane, etc.);
b. A large amount of gas will be generated during the reaction process;
c. The material has flammable and explosive characteristics or a toxicity level of extreme and high hazard (see: "HG 20660-2000 Classification of Toxic Hazards and Explosion Hazards of Chemical Media in Pressure Vessels").
The flange type hydrothermal reactor is made of all stainless steel material, and the sealing form mainly adopts metal hard seal. The material of the reactor body is 316L, and the long-term use temperature can reach 500 degrees Celsius, with a high allowable use pressure of 49 bar.
Design capacity: 10/25/50/100mL
Maximum allowable working pressure: 49 bar
Maximum operating temperature: 500 ℃
Sealing form: metal hard seal
Inner liner material: None
