The rolling mill is the main equipment in the continuous rolling production line. It is composed of cast steel gantry frame
1. This equipment adopts servo to adjust the roll gap, and the linear speed is adjusted by frequency converter to realize stepless speed regulation;
2. roll gap adjustment: in the state of no pressure, through the man-machine interface to adjust the change of roll oil pressure; roll movement value by the man-machine interface screen display; man-machine interface input adjustment to change the oil pressure on the roll gap. The adjustment range of the servo display screen is 0~2.0mm;
3. Heating: The closed-loop control heating system is composed of Omron temperature controller, solid-state relay and K-type thermocouple;
4. make the pole piece under the rolling of the roller, make the pole piece reach the appropriate compactness, and according to the coating thickness to meet the pole piece thickness requirements.
