Split Coin Cell Test Fixture (Vented Type)

This split-type cell fixture is developed for stable and convenient electrochemical testing of coin cells, enabling reliable EIS, CV, and other measurements. Constructed from corrosion-resistant materials, it accommodates CR20 (cell thickness 1.5–3.5 mm) and CR24 (2–4 mm) formats, with customization available for other sizes. The design features a locking mechanism that creates a sealed chamber, while a one-way pressure relief valve safely vents internal gas when pressure exceeds a threshold. Its rotatable head allows adjustment for cells of varying thickness.
