This product is designed for securing pouch cells during testing and production, ensuring stable and reliable electrical connections for accurate data acquisition. Constructed from Al 6061 aluminum alloy with chamfered, deburred edges, the fixture delivers a standard clamping pressure of 300 kg, which is customizable to meet specific experimental requirements. Available in multiple dimensions with compatible cell sizes up to 25 mm thick, it includes silicone pads and card paper for uniform pressure distribution. A grooved version is also offered for cells with gas pouches. Commonly applied in lithium-sulfur and lithium-ion compression cycling tests, this fixture supports reproducible conditions in battery research and production quality control.
