Compact Solid-State Battery Test Mold – Rapid R&D Model (1A)

This product is designed for solid-state battery research and testing, providing a compact, easy-to-assemble mold system with a simple structure. It incorporates an upper locking ring for convenient pressure relief and features humanized insulation and positioning design for straightforward operation. The standard model (CF-SOL-MOL1A100A) uses a 10 mm electrode post, with approximately 100 MPa corresponding to 0.8 T, and supports a standard maximum pressure of 500 MPa (1000 MPa optional). The kit includes an external stent, insulating covers, metal terminals, compression rods, body, and wire harness, making it well-suited for rapid evaluation and testing of solid-state battery cells in laboratory environments.
