20Ah Semi-Automatic Pouch Cell Pilot Line in the United States
Canrd is building a 20Ah semi-automatic pouch cell pilot line for a U.S. customer, with a designed capacity of approximately 100 cells per day. Employing a stacking (lamination) process, the line covers the complete workflow from electrode preparation, cell assembly, and electrolyte filling through to formation and testing.
The project is delivered as follows: Canrd handles the complete line layout planning, dry room construction, and equipment integration, and conducts full-line FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) acceptance in China, synchronizing project progress and closing issues through daily meetings and daily reports. During FAT, the customer dispatches technical personnel to Canrd's site to participate in training on equipment operation, process, and maintenance. After acceptance, Canrd provides support for certification, export packaging, and international shipping. Once the equipment arrives in the United States, on-site installation, commissioning, and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) are carried out, culminating in complete line delivery — forming a one-stop project service spanning design, manufacturing, training, and overseas commissioning.
